Happy New Year 2016- Goals And Updates
Here we are again. Another year has flown by. As I get older, I am finding that time seems to fly by at a faster rate of speed. Life Makeover – Getting A Good Night’s Sleep
Getting a good night’s sleep has been an ongoing effort for a long time. Without a good night’s sleep (for me 6-8 hours) I just drag all day. When I get do get the my required sleep, I feel like a million bucks.
