There a number of things I need to do before I go to sleep. The most important thing is to keep my cats out of the room. It doesn’t matter what I take for sleep, when they want me up, they want me up.

I like to bath/shower before bed, write in my diary and prepare things for the day ahead. When I have accomplished those things, I can allow myself to fall asleep.

The instructions say to take the pills two hours before you go to sleep. This is excellent advice. When taking these pills I sleep hard and I end up getting around six or more hours asleep. So I need to take these pills around 10 pm. If I take them later, I wake up later than I want to.

On me, they do not work right away. I fight with my brain to turn off but when I do finally let go, off to sleep I go. I rarely wake up but if I do, I have no issues with falling back to sleep.

There is no medicine head feeling the next morning. I get up and start my day right away. No hitting the snooze button. During my testing period I would skip nights.
